We are the Hammond family living in the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL.
This website will be a collection of our stories, thoughts, and ramblings as we navigate life as a “specially blended family.” We have 3 children, Tyler, Emily and Hudson.
Our goal is to share our experiences, inspire and foster hope, and connect and create a community of loving parents who embrace their ever-changing family dynamics through this blog.
